My Best Friend’s Closet has recently switched to a brand new system. With the new system, our new system will automatically generate checks and we will be MAILING all checks to each consignor that has over $20.00 on their account. It will be much faster and simpler for all consigners! For those that have less than $20.00 in their account will have their account rolled over into the next month. Remember, EVERYONE is free to spend all or some of their payout in the store at ANYTIME!

Initially, this is going to be a bit of work for us at the shop but we feel that it is going to make things so much better for our consignors and that it is very much worth the effort! Due to the down time needed to upgrade our systems and roll out the new program we will not be able to issue checks in January. We are sorry for any inconvenience and in exchange for your understanding a gift certificate will be included in each and every check that is mailed in February!

So....how is this going to work?

Step One:  Consignors should email the store or call the store (leave a message if after hours) by the 10th of the month following the end of your consignment period.

Step Two:  Checks will be automatically generated by our system for all consignors that have contacted us on or around the 20th of each month.

Step Three:  Checks will be mailed to all consignors that have called or emailed. There is no charge for the handling or postage.

Please note: With this change, it is VERY important that we have your correct mailing address! Feel free to email or call us to make sure your information is correct in our system!

No checks will be processed at the store. All payouts will be done with our new system.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience as we begin our new payout process. With almost 700 consignors and more coming in every day, we realized that we had to come up with an easier, more efficient way of handling payouts!
